Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness And Cough

Respected Dr. I am suffering from vomitting, headache, diziness and caugh since 13.08.2016. My head turn like a full speed fan when I got up on the initial day. I took (1) Pan 40 ( 1 tablet before food) (2) TAXIM O 200 1x2 after food.(3) Sucral suspension 3 times a day ( 4) Revital capsules 1 aday. I am improved but mild headache till today. Q- will it be ok if I continue for 5 days? Why headache still there? Can I take ORS Lemon, Apple Juice? I become very week nw I want food suppliment ( suited food apart from Revital ) . Iam 49 years physically not healthy from brought up. I am alone in a room posted at TEZU Arunachal pradesh. My family is in Imphal Manipur. please help me what is the name of my diseases, Yours faithfully, ISRAEL RUNGSUNG

Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to viral infection.

For that you can take tablet acetaminophen and ondensetron.

You may require antibiotics, complete hemogram after physician consultation.

Keep your self hydrated. Take balanced diet and proper rest.

Do steam inhalation and Betadine gargle twice a day.

Do regular blood pressure monitoring.
