HI
Well come HCM
Thank for asking, your query is appreciated, underlying cause of vomiting would be matter of concern, the condition of him during the vomiting could be insignificant, it is nonspecific but it should not be happening without the symptom of vomiting, if this is happens then it may be breath holding spell and it is the common phenomenon, if the condition of the child of red face, breath holding like phase is matter of concern then it has to be examined clinically just to rule out certain cardiovascular and neurological conditions, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
