Suggest Treatment For Persistent Vomiting

My friend who is 41 has been having stomach issues for along time and she still hasn t seen a doctor for it. I think she may me scared. She says she throws up for 10 minutes every morning and she evens throws up when she has absolutely nothing in her stomach. She is not pregnant either. I know shes scared to go because she has been having these symptoms for awhile and she just doesn t want to face the fact that it could be something serious. I m asking because I care about her and I want to know whats wrong. Hopefully you can give me a some information on what could be wrong. Sorry that is all the information I have.

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic.

She might have chronic gastritis or ulcer like condition.Omeprazole or famotidine can be given for it.USG also helpful.

If stool consistency changed then stool examination done for parasite eggs or trophozoites.

If still pain present then H.pylori gastritis or ulcer investigated by urea breath test or endoscopy.

If still cause not clear and condition worsen then endoscopy needed with histo pathological biopsy for further investigation.

So give your friend advise that your treatment will done approach wise and there should not be delayed in treatment.

I hope her concern solved.
