Suggest Treatment For Phaleria Disease
Dr, two months before I was in fileria symptoms that time I have little swelling only and right leg is red, after I have take medicine no swelling, now I have heavy fever but no swelling only little red symptoms only, again I taking continuous medicine now I have as normal leg no any symptoms, in feature did have any problem for me? Which test to indentified fileria, how to cure 100%? Pls advice me.

Diethylcarbamazine (DEC) 6 mg/kg/day is the drug of choice for filariasis. Some studies have shown adult worm killing with treatment with doxycycline (200mg/day for 4–6 weeks). The 12 days regimen is very effective with 100% cure rate even after 4 years of drug therapy. I think you can go for it
