Suggest Treatment For Phimosis

I m 25 years old and I m having Phimosis. Because of this, I m unable to cum with my foreskin pulled down. It feels like the head is getting chocked up with the foreskin. I ve searched on Internet for solutions but almost all of them are suggesting to get doctor s prescription. But I m not sure whether I should meet a skin - health related doc or some other. Please help to resolve my confusion or whatever the way you can. I ll be thankful.!

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the phimosis then circumcision is the only option for it, do not try to pull the prepuce else it will cause the complications may cause the swelling better to se the surgeon ASAP hope this information helps.
