Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. The symptoms of red eyes and photophobia indicate dry eyes and corneal epithelial healing problems. This requires treatment by the use of artificial tears eye drops.

Hence I advice you to consult your operating surgeon for examination and treatment accordingly. Do write to me for any other queries and I will be happy to help you.

Thank you
With regards
