Suggest Treatment For Pigmentation On Face, Ears And Neck

hiii, i am satish , age 28, am using betnovate cream from few years as my skin had torned black on the neck ,face ,ears and it was looking very odd i had consulted a doctor before who told it was due to over exposure to sun may be melanosis but i dint get gud result but started using betnovate and it gave good result but if i stop using betnovate for few days on face it causes reddish small pimples burning and itchy and the sun burn also still continuing on parts of face , ears and neck kindly help me am very much depressed with this problem.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns....

As per your complain Betnovate contains steroid Betamethasone and although it can give good results by lightening skin but long term use can cause Steroid dependence and when you stop using skin darkening, pimples, redness and inflammation can occur due to withdrawal symptoms of steroid..
I would suggest you to stop using it and you should keep patience as gradually the skin will become normal and you can do cool compresses over the face , avoid sun exposure and chemical cosmetics and apply aloevera gel for lubrication..
Once the skin start healing you can start washing your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, apply creams containing Kojic acid , glycolic acid and arbutin for lightening skin tone, take Vitamin C and E supplements..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
You can also go for photofacial, galvanic facial and chemical peels..
