Suggest Treatment For Piles, Constipation, Cramps And Blood In Stools

Hi. My husband is 25 years old. His doctor has diagonosed piles 3rd stage, he has constipation, blood in stool, problem in passing it, he getz cramp every night in legs, he has a lot of weakness due to blood loss. The doctor recommended surgery which we never agreed too. Then the doctor recommended an injection, i don t know it s name, but it is to stop the bleeding and get rid of piles pain. He is always in tension. He overthink and his stomach gets upset. Please tell us, what should he do ? Thank you

Regarding your husband symptoms of pile (3 stage) constipation bloody stool abdominal cramps weakness I will suggest you stick to your physician advice for a surgical correction procedures

Stage 3 pile is the most critical stage and it is called rectal prolapse and whichever medical treatment rendered will surely fail so surgery is the very best treatment

In view of this please schedule an appointment with a surgeon for further clinical assessment and expert management
