Suggest Treatment For Piles Pain

hello sir I m suffering from piles, pain is really in terrible condition. I did check up with doc he gave me mum plus suspension and lignocaine hydrochloride gel ip 2% only. This gel somehow manage the pain but not morethen 2hrs what to do I m totally confused now. Need your suggestions.

I understand your concern.
Managing by means of conservative treatment by means of medications for piles or anal fissures is temporary and gives relief only for a shorter duration.
Kindly get examined clinically for what could be the status of the lesion by consulting a Surgeon.
In case there is no relief from medication and it is bothering you much, it would be advisable to undergo surgery at the earliest for its permanent cure.
