Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples before periods which are due to hormonal disturbances mainly. I would suggest you to use benzoyl peroxide lotion twice a day after wash your face with mild soap. Apply ice for 5 minutes on affected area thrice a day. Take steam before going to bed .You can also take oral antibiotics like tetracycline and contraceptives along with it. Apply isotrintoin on face at night time on daily basis. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and laser therapy and micro-peeling as well. Hope your concern has been resolved. get well soon.
