Suggest Treatment For Pimple-like Spot On Intergluteal Cleft
I have a pimple looking thing in the high part of my buttcrack. It is in the center of my buttcrack. About 3 inches above my butthole. It exploded and a lot of blood and pus is coming out. It comes out little by little as the hours go by and not all at once. It is about the size of a big pimple. Its not a bump.

From history it seems that there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection and now producing abscess.
You might require one course of antibiotic medicine and proper dressing preferablty by your doctor.
Having chance of fistula in ano should be ruled out if this pimple is since long.
In such case consult surgeon and get examined.
