Hi doctor I have pimples which occurs suddenly n after long time my face get clean automatically. Bt now m using a cream ezanic advise by Dr to remove dark spots n rid off pimple n it worked..BT I want to knw which betnovate is good for fairness n rid off pimple n dark spots.n how to apply...

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain ezanic contains Azelic acid as active ingredient and it is suitable to treat acne..
You can continue using it in case if there are acne eruptions on face..
As far as Betnovate is concerned it is a steroid based cream containing Betamethasone and although short duration of use of steroid based cream can help in reducing pimples and dark spots but it can have serious side effects like skin thinning, increase in pimples, excess hairgrowth on face etc..
In case if you want to use Betnovate you should use it only after consultation and and supervision of a Dermatologist..
As of now to treat pimples you can continue with azelic acid cream as well as you can apply benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin gel..
For dark spots you can use Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin containing creams..
You can also use Vitamin E containing creams..
Exfoliate your skin once a week with a gentle scrub..
Avoid sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when you go into sun..
