Sir i am 30 year old femle, from last three years my face problem has increased i am facing open pores, pimple, acne, white head and very dull skin. I also consultant dermatologist and took treatment he suggested me to apply neoclean gel on pimples and clindine lotion for face wash. And one tablet which is to be taken once in a week. For few days i found little improve i continued this treatment for one nd half year and then stopped it as the problem of open pores were increased and face beclame more dull. plz suggest something by which it can be controlled.
