Suggest Treatment For Pimples Along With Red And Black Spots On Face
HI, my age is 25. I never had a acne problem but from last six months lot of pimples arise on my face and left red and black spot on my face. I want to get rid of these marks so just wanted to know what should I do and how much time it will take to clear my face. Does home remedies work to reduce these spots. Please help me it s really decreasing my confidence.

acne generally is teenage problem since you are 25 it looks more of stress related or faulty food habits . you can opt for healthy food habits try washing your face with good oil controlling face wash 2-3 times depending on your exposure to heat and dust drink plenty of water to detoxify your body.you can try homeopathic remedy ferrum met 6x
