Suggest Treatment For Pimples And Blemishes On Face

I grew up with bad skin,but my face keeps getting worse as the years go..I have tried most creams,ponds,nivea,bio clear,bco kit,I have black spots all over my face and I keep having pimples I m now using the E45 cream but it s not helping and my whole body is too dry no matter what body lotion I try...please help.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pimples and blemishes on face which is due to hormonal changes, clogged pores of salivary glands and due to dead skin. E45 cream as advised to you are fine for acne treatment. If your symptoms starts improving that is best otherwise you can start with alternate treatment by washing your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. you should apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day as this is safe and natural extract of cereals. You should use anti-acne medications such as Isotretinoin which offers any chance of long term cure and there are no chances of recurrence. Apply Clindamycin gel and Benzoyl peroxide containing gel over the acne. Avoid any steroid based cream. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-abrasion, dermabrasion and chemical peeling. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
