Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain pimples can occur due to a few reasons like Hormonal changes, infection, inflammation, clogged ducts of sebaceous glands, overproduction of oil by oil glands [ sebaceous glands], overexposure to sun etc.
On the other hands dark or black spots left on face seems to be due to Post Inflammatory
Hyperpigmentation that occurs due to pimples..
Nothing to worry, you can wash you face with a facewash containing
Salicylic acid, apply ointments containing
Benzoyl peroxide and Clindamycin..
Apply Adapelene gel in thin layer at night..
Exfoliate your skin once a week using a mild scrub.
Drink plenty of water.
Avoid intake of excessive oily food.
For dark spots you can apply Kojic acid containing cream on face.
Application of Vitamin E oil can help..
Arbutin and glycolic acid containing creams are also helpful..
If there is no improvement
consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you antibiotics like Clindamycin or Muricoprin, and agents that reduce excess oil production like Isotretinoin..
You can also go for treatments like
Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers and chemical peels..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
