As per your query you have pimples on your face . Well pimples are very common problem in teens because of few reasons like hormonal changes , stress and some underlying condition . I would suggest you to wash your face twice a day with facewash containing benzoyl peroxide , after washing face apply cream containing azelaic acid and apply vitamin e oil before going to bed . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper examination .Doctor may order blood test and skin test to confirm the diagnosis and rule out condition like skin infection . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like clindamycin at least for a week .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
