Suggest Treatment For Pimples In The Navel Area

I have a patch of pimples around my belly button, that have pus or something in it. Looking further, it feels like something really hard under my skin. I scrubbed them in the shower and there was something coming out of them. I ve had it a week and they hurt, no itch.
