Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. Pimples on the chest are lesions which needs to be treated like furuncle. It is a skin infection by bacteria caused due to blockage of glands in the skin. The list of ointment or creams you have applied does not contain any bactericidal agent and hence it is not cured completely. For itching, take Tablet.Levocetrizine 10mg once a day for 10 days. Kindly use mild antiseptic like Savlon to clean the lesions. Then cream you need to apply specifically on lesions twice daily is Clindamycin and Retinoic acid. Gradually over a period of 15 days, they will decrease in size and number and in a month time they should subside completely. Hope the information provided is clear. All the best.
