Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Best way to treat a pimple is to apply a warm face cloth to the pimple for 10 minutes three or four times a day. The heat increases the amount of blood circulating around the boil, which means more infection-fighting blood cells are sent there.
After this, wash your hands thoroughly using hot water and soap. However don't try to burst them by your own, as this make increase chance of infection.
Maintain hygeine is best way to prevent pimples. Antibiotics are rarely needed . If they persist u can visit near by doctor.

Don't worry you would be fine
Hoping your query is solved.
