Suggest Treatment For Pimples On The Calf Muscles

I have 3 spots on my calf that look like a cross between bug bites, chicken pox and shingles. I am a 52 year old woman. The spots are all red (about a half inch) with a distinct center like a bug bite. There are very small bumps around the edges but the red area is slightly raised.

it can be bug bite. not posible to diagnose without local examination.if sting is located then it should be removed. take tab levocetrizine 5 mg in morning and apply caladryl lotion. keep it under observation and it will subside.
