Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of pimples on the face on the face which occurs because of stress, hormonal changes and blockage of pores of salivary glands with dust and bacteria.

Need not to worry I would suggest you to

- Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil.

-- Drink plenty of water.

- Take diet rich in vitamin E.

- Apply 1% clindamycin to wash face and isotretinoin cream to avoid pimples.

- Avoid sharp and spicy food and avoid sunlight exposure.

If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Get Well soon.

Best Wishes,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
