HI
Well come to HCM
Knee joint is very delicate or say fragile joint and can easily affected with many pathologies some time it may associated with peripheral nerve system but most of the time such symptoms comes around with complete bed rest and NSAID (Non-Steroid Anti-Inflammatory Drugs ) and best option would be Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, if this does not give any relief then knee joint need to be investigated, hope this information helps, take care.
