General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
It seems to be a neurogenic symptoms due to injury to sacral spine, pressure over sciatic nerve or trauma to foot which has resulted in nerve supply to affected part of your foot to cause these symptoms.
Please consult an orthopedic surgeon, get examined, investigated to find exact site of the cause to be followed by specific suitable management (medicines, local injectable, physiotherapy or surgery in few patients).
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
