Hi, pityriasis rosea is a self-limiting desease, which means that it doesnt need treatment unless it itches. So, you have to wait from 8 to 16 weeks for pytiriasis rosea to vanish. You may use moisturizer lotions, exposing yourself to the sun for short periods of time can help as well, 10 minutes daily may be enough.
