Hi, i am 31 weeks pregnant and have complere placenta previa, i have bn taking things very easy, eating healthly, drinking tons of water and total pelvic rest. is there a possibility of my placenta migrating

In which week of pregnancy was your Placenta Previa diagnosed?
when was your last scan done?
Is the location of the placenta anterior or posterior? Do you have a previous caesarean?
Yes,placentas do migrate .Almost 80% of placenta identified as low lying on 20 weeks scan migrate to upper segment by 36 weeks.
Get a repeat scan at 36 weeks to know the location of placenta and plan delivery accordingly.
