Suggest Treatment For Polonidal Cysts

I had a polonidal cysts when I was younger they did surgery several times. The last time they performed surgery they put me together like a pig with clamps and now here I am years later and I have this huge ball and I hurt very bad and can t sit for long periods of time what should I do?

You have not mentioned the previous treatment method. but here are some of the treatment options.: The lesion can be incised and laid open, The lesion can be completely excised, The lesion can be curetted and injected with phenol. for your case i think best treatment option is third one.
