Suggest Treatment For Polyhydramnios During 25 Weeks Pregnancy
hi Dr. Nirja Chawla (Gynecologist) my wife is diagnosed with polyhydaamnios and she is 25 weeks pregnant, please tell us what should we do? is there any complication with our baby? This is u/s report Liquor: Massive polyhydroamnios Fetal heart rate: 128 B/M, regular rythm Fetal movmnt: Normal Fetal head, body and spine normal presentation: Cephalic placenta: fundal, anterior Endocervix: intact. length 3.0cm No adnexal abnormality noted
Hi I have gone through your complaints. The mentioned ultrasonogram findings are normal.but any pregnant women with massive polyhydromnios should be evaluated for cause .in the report they didnt mention of stomach bubble, fetal face & state of placenta.absent stomach bubble associated with polyhydromnios is associated with tracheooesophageal anomslies.cleft palate & lip needs to be excluded.severe polyhydromnios with placental abnormality like chorioangioma needs exclusion .si best thing is 25 weeks is right time for anomaly scan.dont worry .if everything is normal sometimes it can be of unknown reasons. Thank u With best regards Vasundhara
