Suggest Treatment For Poor Bowel Movement And Constipation

HELP! my skin is very itchy. They think I have psoriasis. BUT there is a lot of other problems too. I have panglitiis in BOTH my eyes, poor bowl movements... actually not poor because that would incline that there is some form of bowl movements. There isn t. And the rare occasion that there is, i m constipated and it hurts as it travels from haustrum to haustrum. I have occaional flare ups in my muscles that is quite painful. They get inflammed and stiff. I have a lot of bad days as I call them, where I feel like I have no energy and cannot get out of bed, then rarely good days where I physically feel great and go out for walks and become very active.
