Suggest Treatment For Poor Concentration And Low Self Esteem

I am having problems concentrating. I have no self esteem any longer. Actually shake and am fearful of driving etc. I moved here from NY 8 mths ago- left my career, friends, family and home to move with my husband to TN. I have lost myself and am scared

Everyone, at some point in life, is uncertain about themselves, lacks self-confidence, doubts their abilities, or thinks negatively of themselves. Low self-esteem can have an effect on various aspects of a person. Low self-esteem and lack of concentration may be due to depression, anxiety, difficult and stressful life circumstances such as prolonged financial hardship, persistent illness, chronic pain, an accident that has caused some kind of impairment, chronic pain, relationship difficulties, or a problem situation that is difficult to solve. Experiencing other psychological problems such as panic attacks, chronic worrying, or social phobia can also bring down your self-esteem.

1.     Appreciate your special qualities
2.     Take yourself positively
3.     Don’t compare yourself to others
4.     Forget the past
5.     Stop worrying
6.     Schedule enjoyable events and activities
7.     Play with children and talk with elderly
8.     Exercise
9.     Practice meditation
10.     Discuss your problem with your family
11.     Consult a psychiatrist for further counseling
