Suggest Treatment For Poor Memory Despite Taking Prevagen And Donepezil HCL

I wonder what is the best thing for memory. I take this things Prevagen and FOCUS Factor vitiams. I have been to a doctor and he give me 30 Donepezil HCL 10 mg and he let me try Namenda XR when I took that the first week was 7mg and that helped me very much, then the second week was 14mg and it didn t help that much and then the third week was 21mg and it made me very sick and I didn t take it any more. I was boomed in my head two years ago and I forget memory. What is the best thing to take to help better memory? Thanks

It could be due to Alzheimer’s disease.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Unfortunately, we can not revert the symptoms but we can arrest the progress of the disease.
