Suggest Treatment For Poor Weight Gain And Low Libido

Hi i ve been a problem with my stomach,im trying to put ön weight and i cant,my stomaco is not helping me,i open bowels everytime i eat big meals or 4/5 meals å day and it hurts,i feel very week most of the time,even when i wake up in the morning,my sex drive is been low and my strenght in the gym is going low as well,i ve tried protein shakes and all that but nothin has changed,its been going on för like 2 years now....i ve done blood and stool tests and no answers,changes my diets but same story.Any advice please.thanx

Hi,

As per your description, it looks you have a very weak body and not gaining weight after many therapies.

Now let me tell you one thing, you have high basal metabolic rate means your body burn more calories without doing anything.

You should follow diets which are rich in fat and carbohydrate not only in protein. because protein-rich diet does not help much for weight gain.

Eat food rich in fat like with cheese, Butter etc. Eat food rich in carbohydrates like sweet, cereals etc. This will definitely help you to gain. Don't forget that it will take 3 to 5 months for results. But have faith and continue. Try to eat snakes which are also rich in fat and carbohydrate.
