Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have positioning vertigo; however, I have been able to handle this for over 22 years. My question is that I’m now experiencing dizzy spells more frequently when I get up after sitting for more than 30 minutes or using my computer to read long documents in my business. Why??
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having postural hypotension or orthostatic hypotension giving this problem. After sitting or lying for long time while sitting or standing there is abrupt fall of blood pressure giving this problem. No medicine require. After long time sitting while stand up, gradually stand up and after standing do not start walking immediately. Ok and take care..
