General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Full axillary dissection is required in the case of positive nodes. Consult a breast surgeon or an Onco surgeon and he will direct you accordingly. Additional chemotherapy is also needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
