For the past two years, I ve been dealing with a mystery health problem that no doctor can seem to diagnose properly. I ve had MRIs, CAT scans, bloodwork, and everything else they could give me besides a lumbar procedure, and I am told every time nothing is out of the ordinary or there isn t anything to worry about . am an 18 year old male, and I have been to every doctor in my area, and each one eventually got frustrated when they ran out of medicines to try and told me to live with it . I now have diagnosises of: POTS, NDPHS, Micoplasma Pneumonia, Post Concussion Syndrome, Hypocondria, and Sudden Death Syndrome. Each doctor contradicted each other, and sometimes themselves every visit. I ve even been to a hospital in Philadelphia. I have no allergies or genetic disorders. My symptoms are: -A pressure headache in the back of my head that never goes away, usually a 4-10 on the pain scale. Medications do not help, but rest and laying down helps a bit. -Tachycardia, my heart rate can get over 200 bpm to 60 bpm on a flight of stairs, and my blood pressure can be lower than my heart rate. - Dizziness and lightheadedness -My vision is getting worse, going from 20/15 to 20/50 in two months, and now it got worse again. -Extreme fatigue -I now completely lack the ability to feel hunger, I need a timer to remind me to eat. -Periods of passing out. Not unconscious, but I fall to the ground limp and can t move, even though I can see, feel, and think. -Intolerance to heat/cold -Shaking/shivering -Loss of sleep -When I lean forward, clear fluid gushes from my nose, and it isn t mucus. (A neurologist said it shouldn t be a CSF leak). -Memory loss, I ve always had a good memory, but now I remember little to nothing from my childhood and have short term memory loss which is getting worse. -Mood swings -Chest pains and severe heart palpitations Are there any suggestions as to what it could be?
