Hi, My partner fell and had a serious head injury just over a year ago and he is still suffering with concussion type side effects. He has regular headaches that make him wince in pain. He has blurry vision and sometimes his speech is slurred. He is tired all the time and on top of this I think he may be diabetic. He loses energy very fast if he doesn't eat and gets wobbly and weak but as soon as I give him sugary foods his energy comes back instantly. I think this is why he fell in the first place because he hadn't eaten....

Amitriptyline (Elavil) 100 mg orally as a single dose at bedtime, it may be combined with propranolol (Inderal, Innopran XL) to treat the headaches. then try and make sure you help him to monitor and manage the diabetic okay
