Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drip And Congestion
I m scheduled for surgery on Monday and am now experiencing some post nasal drip and a little congestion. The pharmacist said it would be safe to take Dayquil. Is that true? Is there anything else I can do to keep this from turning into a full blown cold?
Hi, Any infection viral or bacterial during or at the time of surgery is not advisable. So before surgery this problem is to be treated. You can take Dayquil or any other decongestant medicine for 2-3 days. It is advisable to go for one antibiotic medicine prophylactic ally to cure infection. Avoid cold drinks and junk food. Ok and take care.
