Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drip And Sore Throat
Hi. I have had post nasal drip all week, sore throat on Friday progressing from dry cough to wet cough with yellow to green sputum on Saturday and today some blood in sputum. My post nasal drip is from clear to brown. Low grade fever,and very fatigue. Today I also have a headache. What should I do?

You should take Augmentin 1 gm tab, Telefast tab 180 mg and decongestant nasal drops like Naphazoloine drops.
