Suggest Treatment For Post Nasal Drips

hi! im 18yrs. 165cm(height). 50kg(weight). I constantly had tonsillitis when i was much younger, then it stopped for a while. ths year, i had it again abt 3mnths ago. since then i'v been having post nasal drips, nd constant clearing of my throat. i'v been on antibiotics and antihistamines bt they didnt help. i had a chest xray..it was fine. then i had a sinus xray, nd i ws diagnosed with a slight case of sinusitis. wt could stop these postnasal drips, bcuz d antibiotics dnt seem to help?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Don't take antibiotic. If you are having post nasal drip then start Fluticasone nasal spray 2 puff twice daily. Take steam inhalation through nose. If you are having chronic tonsillitis more than 4 times then better to remove the tonsils. Do some yoga and nasal breathing exercises.
