The night fall is a normal physiologic procedure done by the body what is performed in vagina or hands during intercourse or masturbation respectively. The night fall is not a disease and does not require any of the medical treatment at all. The PME (pre mature ejaculation) can be part of various reasons as: - Stress and anxiety - Diabetes - Nerve related issues - Vitamin deficieny - Over use of narcotics, cocaine, alcohol or other similar drugs - Vascular insufficiency documented by Doppler ultrasound
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
