Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation While On Testosterone Replacement Therapy

Hello, I am 60 yrs old. I am on testosterone replacement therapy. I get an injection once per week. My androgen level before tort, was 221. Now, after 8 weeks, 700. I also have issues with premature ejaculation. I would have an orgasm within one minute of sexual intercourse. I have good, firm solid erections to start off. I have tried Viagra, sensitive crimes, cock rings, masturbating prior to sexual intercourse., nothing really helps. The crème seemed to work the best, and the cock ring.
