General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You could try some lifestyle changes to help like masturbating more or using condoms to decrease the sensation. Talking about the issue with your wife can help as it could decrease your anxiety about it.

Medications can be used like sertraline or fluoxetine. They are SSRI mood medications but can help prolong intimacy and delay orgasm. Surgery can be done but it is rare. Medications are definitely recommended first. In terms of your semen, if you are concerned about the consistency, you could ask for a seven analysis to be done to make sure everything is alright.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Timothy Wong, General & Family Physician
