I am masturbating from when i was 14 years now my penis is very small and my sperms is like water and fall very quickly when i toch lady parts it falls my physical personality is very weak .so plz suggest the medicine to improve from all these reasons

The sperm may look like water because you have been masturbating too often. The size of penis is something genetical and not much related to masturbation.You may need to reduce masturbation first ,see how it will affect you and then think about medications.
