What problems you are facing with reference to
premature ejaculation is more of psychological problem than physical. Most men experience such a thing what you have experienced and described.
Masturbation is a natural and healthy phenomenon performed by many men and that does not result in premature ejaculation. Generally, it is the anxiety which would result in premature ejaculation.
To overcome it, you need to practice behavioral technique like 'pause and squeeze' technique regularly. Along with it, you may use of
local anaesthetic spray or creams to decrease sensation.
You may also take medications like selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) such as
sertraline would help to delay ejaculation.
Doing
meditation keeps your mind calm and decreases anxiety.
Spending more time during foreplay would also help in this regard.
Slowly, over a period of time, you would gain confidence and can overcome the problem.
