General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Pre mature greying of hair of a child of 2 years is not normal and the same has to be evaluated with an expert pediatrician for possible root cause as some sort of endocrinopathy, nutritional deficiency or others. No treatment guidelines can be figured out at this platform , except a balanced nutritious diet and intake of multi vitamin with zinc, minerals, magnesium, vitamin E for hair nourishment. Taking care of dandruff if any would help a great for sure.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
