Suggest Treatment For Premature Ventricular Contractions Along With High BP

I had a stroke on April of last year from which I have completely recovered. I was hooked up to telemetry the during my hospital stay without any irregular heartbeats. After discharge my blood pressure continued to be more elevated than the doctor would like. She sent me to a cardiologist and the ECG done showed PVC s. I had a holter monitor which showed 12000 PVC s in 24 hours and was started on a beta blocker. The holter monitor was repeated in 3 months and it showed 24000 PVC s. The cardiologist doubled my beta blocker and ordered a nuclear stress test which was normal. I had an echo when I was in the hospital with my stroke and it was negative as well. I had the monitor repeated again and it showed 27000 PVC s. The cardiologist is somewhat concerned about the numbers but cannot find a cause. How many is too many and should I be more concerned? The cardiolgist doubled my beta blocker again and is going to repeat the monitor and echo in three months but 27000 seems like a lot. My hear rate usually runs in the low 60 s which means a PVC approximately every 3rd or 4th beat.
