Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Blood In Semen

I recently ejaculated blood in semen(about 70% was blood, it first came out and then at the end regular semen) while I was showering and am really scared right now. Could the cause be the fact that I poured shampoo directly into it? After showering I peed and there was no blood... I am afraid to try ejaculating again since that was horrifyingly scary experience. Pleaseeeee help

• Infection or inflammation, in any of the glands, tubes, or ducts that produce and move semen from the body (prostate, seminal vesicles, epididymis and vas deferens, and urethra)
• STI
• Medical procedures like prostate biopsy, vasectomy, and radiation therapy
• Excessively rigorous sexual activity

However, I will admit it is very scary to see blood in semen. I will advise you see a urologist for examination as the exact cause may only be known after a complete medical evaluation.
