Suggest Treatment For Presence Of Cystic Mass On The Ovary

Hi I have 5cm cystic mass on my left ovary. I have skipped my periods, I sometimes feel nauseous and dizzy like I m abt to pass out. I m always tired, bloated and usually get pain in my legs that goes away when I take paracetamol. Is the cyst causing all this or could I be pregnant? I have had unprotected sex with my fiance past weeks

Hello,

I would like to inform you that the bloating, tiredness, leg pain are also due to the cyst. So, I would like to give you a little more tests and comprehensive treatment guidelines so that you can get rid of this as soon as possible. But, this treatment is a little longer, maybe for months to one year.

Some tests to give:
1. Home based Pregnancy Tests (You can buy this from any shop and test your urine)
2. Complete Blood Tests
3. Liver Function Tests
4. Fasting Blood Sugar

Treatment are as follows:
1. Norethisterone
2. If there is bleeding too much anytime, please take Tranexamic Acid.
No fast food, no smoking, no alcohol.
