Hello

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
Epithelial cells and few crystals are normally found in urine.
Amorphous urate, phosphate crystal etc are normally found in urine.

However,it is important to exclude UTI.
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine, borderline WBC and occasional RBC in urine.
You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen.
You may need to take antibiotics.
You should drink plenty of water.

Get well soon.
Take Care
