Welcome at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns.
What is your age? Have you done your TFTs? Are u using thyroxine.?
Solitary nodules in thyroid need to be investigated. You should meet your surgeon so that you can be investigated and managed appropriately. U need to get a thyroid scan as well as as FNAC biopsy plus TFTs.
Diagnosis vary from benign to malignant one so a stitch in time saves nine.
What concerning me is hoarseness...so without wasting time meet your surgeon
